VI Star Lounge ("we", "us", "our") operates the website and community platform at www.vistarlounge.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, username, email, and profile details when you create an account — as well as activity data generated as you use the platform (posts, messages, event RSVPs, tournament entries, and engagement metrics).
When you connect Patreon, we receive your Patreon membership tier and subscription status so we can grant the correct membership benefits.
We use your information to provide and maintain your account, personalize your experience, run tournaments and giveaways, process membership benefits, send notifications about events and activity, and keep the community safe.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted services that help us operate — such as Patreon for membership billing, Discord for community notifications, and payment processors — only as needed to deliver those features, and in line with their own privacy policies.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
You can access, update, or delete your profile information from your account settings. You may disconnect Patreon at any time, which will end any associated membership benefits at the next billing cycle.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information using secure storage, encrypted connections, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, you can reach out through the support channels available on www.vistarlounge.com.
