By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Some features require a paid Premium or VIP membership, billed through Patreon. Membership fees are charged according to the plan you select and Patreon's billing terms. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel your membership at any time; benefits continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Participation in tournaments, events, and giveaways is subject to the specific rules published for each. We reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate those rules or these Terms, and to cancel or modify any tournament, event, or giveaway at our discretion.
You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to host, display, and use that content to operate and promote the Service. You represent that you have the rights to any content you post and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VI Star Lounge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
